Alan E. Steiner (of Counsel) – Mr. Steiner focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, estate and trust law and real estate law. Mr. Steiner received his law degree from Albany Law School and his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Steiner was a director and general counsel at Charles Freihofer Baking Company (1972-1987); a director at Harvard Club Eastern New York, Inc. (1974-1991); a member of the North Colonie School Board (1981-1986); director emeritus and general counsel to Home Aide Service of Eastern New York; and, director of the Albany Boys’ Club (1970-1985).
